Driving Directions
By car:
Go on the highway A95 Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the motorway junction Starnberg. There, follow the signs to Starnberg. At the end of the highway, follow the B2 towards Weilheim. About 3 km outside the town of Starnberg, take the exit Pöcking Nord. Turn left at the first traffic light in Pöcking. After about 400m the vacation home is on the right side.
By train:
From Munich Central Station take the S-Bahn (S6) direction Tutzing. Exit the train at the stop Possenhofen. Leave the platform and in the underpass, turn left (not towards the train station building) and follow the Hindenburgstrasse uphill. In a few minutes you reach the apartment.
By air:
From Munich airport take the S-Bahn (S1) to stop Laim, where you change to the S6 to Tutzing. Exit the train at the stop Possenhofen. Leave the platform and in the underpass, turn left (not towards the train station building) and follow the Hindenburgstrasse uphill. In a few minutes you reach the apartment.

Smoking in the Apartments is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning fee of EUR 62,- is included into the total price. All prices including VAT. There is plenty of free parking close to the apartment. For a permanent parking on the property of the accommodation a fee of Euro 4,50 per vehicle and day will be charged (permanent parking is subject to availability). Cancellation policy: For a full refund, cancellation must be made 2 weeks prior to listing's local check in time (or 3:00 pm if not specified) on the day of check in. If the cancellation is made less then 2 weeks prior to listing's local check in time (or 3:00 pm if not specified) on the day of check in, the nights not spent will be not refunded. If two residential units are booked at the same time, a free cancellation period of 4 weeks before arrival applies, if 3 residential units or more are booked at the same time, a free cancellation period of 6 weeks before arrival applies. For non-cancellable rates, different conditions may apply.
